wow. haven't posted for a while. been traveling, and busy, eating out, etc. so, some highlights of the last few weeks.....
chicken in fermented tofu sauce and corn
fried rice & pine nut salad, grilled skate wing, with sundried tomato puree
soup noodle (green pepper and ham broth)
chicken wings!
served w/ potato mash (seasoned with fermented tofu) & broccoli
japanese rice (with bonito flaked on top), miso soup w/ shredded ham and fish balls, house pickled broccoli stem (sliced)
soba and eel
grilled sea bream w/ lime, coriander, vietnamese fish sauce
sunny side up egg salad
